The fourth edition of the University Master's Degree Course in Precision Agriculture ended on Saturday 14 January with the 24 students discussing their dissertations.
The Master started in February 2022 and was promoted by theUniversity of Tuscia, in collaboration with IBF Servizi SpA, the Universities of Florence, Padua, Teramo and Salerno, the National Research Council (CNR) and the Council for Research in Agriculture and Analysis of Agricultural Economics (CREA).
The topics covered during this last day included everything from methods for the analysis of soil variability , fromphotography to precision irrigation on crops in the Mediterranean area,, from tools for surveys of soil properties to the supervised classification of crops using satellite technology. These and many other topics were the focus of the Master's final day, which took place on the campus of the University of Tuscia.
