Precision farming allows farms and agri-food chains to make the entire production process more efficient and traceable.Through the use of dedicated machines and software, all operations in the fields from sampling to analysis, soil preparation, sowing, fertilisation and harvesting are made more efficient enabling all operators to do the right thing at the right time in the right place. The resulting benefits are enormous in terms of both quality and yield, by increasing farm income and its sustainability. This helps the farmer avoid wasting inputs such as water and fertilisers or simply reducing the use of tractors and machinery in general. o semplicemente riducendo l’utilizzo di trattori e macchinari in generale.
The 'IBF Method' enables us to provide all farmers with advice and recommendations based on the real needs of their crops and soil, enabling their equipment to provide the optimum yield.

The decision support system allows you to track all relevant climatic conditions and soil values to support work management and make your farm more competitive. Some of the measures that can be monitored by our sensors:
Air humidity
Rain
Air temperature
Global solar radiation
Wind Speed
Leaf wetness
Equal amount of work, fixed rate fertilisation
0.305 KG CO2 equivalent per kilo of wheat Company thesis
0.278 KG CO2 equivalent per kilo of wheat ibf thesis
By decreasing the CO2 equivalent* output by around 9% we have kept the yield at a constant level with a 30% reduction in the technical equipment use
In this comparative test, we used conservation farming techniques, replacing them with PTO implements, by using two sets of idle equipment and increasing the amount of fertiliser units.
0.240 KG CO2 equivalents per kilo of grain Company thesis
0.219 KG CO2 equivalent per kilo of grain ibf thesis
By decreasing CO2 equivalents* by around 8% we achieved a 10% increase in yield
Example of cost/revenue improvement by applying VRT seeding and fertilisation techniques
In this example CO2 remains constant
